The big bad man himself, Guzma is the leader of Team Skull, a notorious, trouble-making group from Alola consisting of outcast members of society and trial challenge failures. They are located on Ula'ula Island in Po Town, a mid-sized town that Team Skull forcibly overtook years prior. The group is also run with Team Skull Admin Plumeria and Team Skull Enforcer Gladion.

Guzma is currently 24 years old, born April 19th in Melemele Island in the Alola region. He often doesn't speak of his own childhood, for he regards it as nonexistent and none of anyone else's business in the first place. He stands at 6'5” with terrible posture and has problems with his anger. Guzma is quick to snap and grow furious in situations where things are not going the way that they should, or by provocation. Most of the time he is unafraid to throw a punch at anyone, especially after a Pokemon battle loss. It is not rare for him to grow angry or frustrated at his own team, for he does not tolerate weakness and/or disobedience.

In Alola, it is common for trainers to use a Z-Ring to showcase Z-Moves and use them in battle. Guzma, in this regard, does not believe the usage of things like this and rarely will use his own Z-Moves, opting instead for brute strength and strategy. 99% of the time, Guzma's Golisopod will be the first Pokemon he will battle with, where his other five will always be a random order and attack strategy dependent on the battle.

Outside of the reputation Guzma and Team Skull has earned, the man is still someone that cares about the family he has acquired over the years. Although he snaps at his grunts every so often, he'd fight for each and every one of them.

Team Skull is a heinous and notorious gang native to the Alola islands known for their destructive and troublemaking ways, consisting of people who natives consider as 'outcasts'.

The gang is often considered more dangerous than that of others from varying regions, notably not to the level of Team Rocket, due to their lack of a bigger end goal to rule the world (much like the other organizations), but instead the simplicity of causing mayhem and destruction wherever they go is far more appealing to them.

Skull is most known for their thuggish ways, consisting of petty crimes such as theft and vandalism, but have been known to engage in more serious felonies such as aggressive assault, possession/sale of large quantities of drugs, grand theft, and arson. They don't care about anyone else except themselves.

Everyone in Skull has a tight bond with one another, treating each other as siblings and essentially as a family. They protect each other and destroy anyone else that threatens them. The grunts are of varying ages, ranging from 15 to 19, with the occasional younger or older member. The younger grunts are young and energetic, perfect for committing petty crime while older members are more keen to engage in demanding activities of possessing/selling drugs and more aggressive assault behind the scenes.

The younger ones are a show for the world, the older ones do the real dirty work.

Guzma is not someone to let all the dirty work fall into the hands of his grunts, however. He is often seen engaging in the same activities as the older members, both to watch them and to teach them how to do the most destruction in a limited amount of time. This can range from going in and stealing things as other grunts wreck the place to keeping people hostage for ransom.

They are not a group to be enemies with, but also not a group to attempt to team up with. They outright refuse to cooperate with others, feeling as though it makes them look weak and cowardly.

I've been roleplaying for about 8 years. I typically do more plot driven and literate RP in my DMs, so if thats what you're looking for just strike up a DM if you want to RP (preferably with a plot in mind or we can discuss it together OOC).

I prefer literate roleplay, but I can easily adapt to suit your roleplay preferences / mirror your length as well.
